What is DrawCAD?

DrawCAD turns plain-language descriptions and rough hand-drawn sketches into clean, dimensioned CAD technical drawings — in seconds. Describe a part the way you'd explain it to a colleague, or upload a photo of a napkin sketch, and DrawCAD renders a presentation-ready drawing with dimensions, hole patterns, and standard projections.

Why we built it

Getting an idea out of your head and into a shareable technical drawing usually means wrestling with CAD software, part libraries, and constraint solvers. We think the prompt should be the interface. DrawCAD removes the busywork so engineers, makers, and teams can move from concept to drawing without breaking flow.

How it works

1. Describe or sketch — type a description like "100 mm hex flange, 8-bolt pattern, M6 threads", or upload a rough sketch.
2. DrawCAD interprets the geometry — dimensions, features, fillets, and hole patterns are parsed into an accurate model.
3. Get a clean drawing — a presentation-ready CAD image you can drop straight into your docs.
